Leadership Development is one of FCTBC’s core LEAP values. We exist to equip pastors, ministers and lay leaders with the theological depth, character, and practical skill to lead well in a changing world.

Through partnerships with leading seminaries and training institutes, we provide a clear pathway — from foundational pastoral training to advanced leadership consulting — for every called leader within the Conference.
